BE THE CHANGE BLOCK THREE SESSION FIVE - CHEKHOV WITH JACK HARROLD

Great workshop @islingtonpeoplestheatre last Thursday with Jack Harrold on Michael Chekhov. Jack led the group through a range of exercises from Psychological gesture, Atmospheres and Imaginary Centre.

All excellent tools for the participants to add to their actors toolkit!

Jack trained as an actor at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, graduating in 2020 and have worked in theatres around the UK.  He also works as a facilitator in the research and development of new writing, with a focus on storytelling and ensemble work.

Jack is an associated artist with theatre company Complicite, where he works on productions and as part of the creative learning team. He has taught around the UK and internationally, teaching a range on techniques, focusing on ensemble based practices and devised theatre, and Michael Chekhov acting technique.
